No. Photographers are not included in your rental time. If you need a photographer, follow our social media to find photographers who have used the space and reach out to them if their work catches your eye! If you still need help, please fill out the contact form. 

You may enter the studio 10 min early if no other photographers are in the building. Your time officially starts at the time you booked and you must leave when your time is up. Please allow  enough time for you to set up and clean up within that time frame. 

Yes, there is plenty of natural light coming in through the front windows but you may consider bringing additional lighting  on cloudy/dark days. There are no windows in the back (dark) room. The entire space has several white daylight light blulbs/fixtures that can be turned on to mimic natural daylight. The light switch is on the right side of the bed. 

Yes, feel free to make it your own but please do not move the beds. Do not remove anything off of the walls. Nails, staples, or anything of the like are not allowed. Please use tape or command strips.

Yes! There is plenty of parking in the front and side of the bulding and there is a parking lot behind.

We welcome pets as long as they are potty trained. You must clean up any hair/mess before leaving.

Hours booked consecutively on the same calendar day can not be separated. 

Reservations are non-refundable. You are able to reschedule up to 4 hours before your rental time at no charge. You can do so through the link on the bottom of your confirmation email.
